Senior Frontend Developer

Red Panda Labs — Oct 2022 – Present · Remote

At Red Panda Labs I look after the frontend for onboarding and core funnel flows for a product with 100k+ monthly active users, keeping the UX clean and the releases predictable.

I design and ship progressive onboarding experiments that bumped day‑7 LTV by 38% and 7‑day retention by 13%, using feature flags, detailed instrumentation and small, safe rollouts.

I care a lot about performance: I improved First Contentful Paint by 42% across key funnel pages with code‑splitting, critical CSS, smarter loading and image optimization, which helped lift funnel conversion by 9%.

I also own the rollout pipeline (feature‑flag architecture, metrics dashboards, RUM monitoring and rollback playbooks) and spend time mentoring junior developers through pair programming and structured onboarding.

At Beeline Uzbekistan I built and evolved a real‑time subscriber analytics dashboard in React and TypeScript that gave product and operations teams a clear, visual feel for how millions of users behaved.

I also worked on a responsive, component‑driven self‑service portal for account management, payments and tariff selection, making sure it felt fast and intuitive on both mobile and desktop.

With performance tweaks like code‑splitting, lazy loading and smarter caching strategies, I helped cut page‑load times by around 28% for users on slower connections.

I set up automated testing pipelines with Jest and Cypress so the team could ship changes with more confidence and deal with fewer bugs after release.
